OTTAWA REAL ESTATE MARKET WATCH – March 2015
Well what a winter we had here in Ottawa. Snow is still melting and we are in the middle of April. So with the slow start to spring, I’m sure that most of you are curious how its effected the Ottawa Real Estate Market. The numbers are in and March 2015:
– has seen a 2% increase in # of units sold over March 2014
– has seen an increase in average price of 0.7% over March 2014
– has an increase of 14% of new listings taken over March 2014
Condos remain in a buyers market, while residential homes are experiencing a balanced market with a 16% sales to inventory ratio.
