July’s Market Watch, Ottawa Real Estate

Well just as I anticipated June’s busy Real Estate Market spilled into July here in Ottawa.  Over the last 3 years(2011-2013) sales have been hovering around 1323-1365 units sold in the Ottawa area for the month.  Well this July showed a significant increase in units sold with total units at 1445 properties sold!  That is fantastic news for anyone looking to buy or sell in the next few months.  Loads of buyers are out there and with a competitively priced home, proper marketing and a home that shows well, you can expect a fairly quick sale and hopefully top dollar.
